Rating B+ (Above average within its tier and class · overall score 58) · Gunnery cruiser
Gunnery cruiser, suited to AA escort, DD hunting. It is especially strong against cruisers (AP deals a same-tier cruiser's HP in about 3 min on paper). Its AP broadside of 11,682 is 28% above average, so every salvo hits hard. Strong AA fends off carrier strikes well. Key skills: Precise Aiming System II ×3 (main battery accuracy +54%, 20 s); Air Defense Alert I ×2; Radar I ×2 (7.2 km, 10 s). Sluggish rudder shift means you must start turning early to dodge shells and torpedoes.
