Per-strike bombing and torpedo damage are 56% and 48% below average respectively, so instead of big single hits it must spread out attacks and steadily stack fires and flooding. Its aircraft are slow at 162 kn and fairly fragile, so diving into tier-X's strong AA as a group is costly. The ship itself is sturdy at 48,001 HP and reportedly has secondaries strong enough to threaten destroyers that get close. Knowing how to pick weak-AA cruisers and battleships for mass strikes is key.
