Admiral Hipper
Tier VIII · Cruiser · Germany
Rating A (Strong within its tier and class · overall score 72) · Gunnery cruiser
Gunnery cruiser, suited to AP broadside punishing, tanking, long-range fire support. It is especially strong against cruisers (AP deals a same-tier cruiser's HP in about 3 min on paper). 38,498 effective HP and good protection keep it alive, but big guns overmatch its ends, so be careful tanking bow-in. Its AP main battery DPM of 55,370 is 13% above the same-tier cruiser average. Main battery range is 12.1 km (0.6 km longer than average).
